Ruckus to Rock Country Club Hotel on New Year's Eve



Back by popular demand, the foot stompin’ country rockin’ energy of Ruckus will bring in the New Year at the Country Club Hotel at Shoal Bay Resort & Spa.

Labelled as a “must see show” throughout New South Wales and Victoria, Ruckus are a dynamic, interactive onstage music spectacular as well as a welcome return favourite of the Country Club Hotel. Ruckus is made up of five award winning country rock music specialists – Sandie (vocals), Marcela (violin), Kevin (bass), Andy (drums) and the leader of the pack, Mick (guitar). Their material features an eclectic mix of southern rock and country, guaranteeing an unforgettable night out and the ideal way to welcome 2010.

The Country Club Hotel is the place to be for live entertainment and New Years Eve promises to be a great night out. Bring your dancing shoes and celebrate at the entertainment capital of Port Stephens.

The Country Club Hotel is one of the legendary watering holes on the East Coast and a favourite of both locals and visitors to Port Stephens. Cloaked in history, the first beer was poured in this iconic hotel on New Years Eve 1954/55. Still as popular today, the Country Club offers an extensive range of weekly entertainment including live music, pool competitions, trivia nights, Bay Poker, raffles and unbeatable specials in Cellarbrations Bottleshop.

Ruckus hit the stage at 9.00pm on Thursday 31st December 2009. Tickets are $15 on sale on the day at the Country Club Hotel or at the door on the night. Tickets are limited.
