South Australian snow enthusiasts get easy, affordable, access to Hakuba ski areas, Japan

Oneworld alliance member and Qantas partner Cathay Pacific is boosting its flights ex- Adelaide with the addition of a fifth weekly non-stop service. From December 2 2015, CX174 from Adelaide to Hong Kong will run on Thursdays in addition to the previous Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Departures, leaving the South Australian capital at 7:45am reach Hong Kong at 2pm. Connecting flight to Tokyo's Narita or Haneda Airports included in the Hakuba package.

Cathay Pacific previously trimmed its Adelaide route from daily to four-times-weekly, but in doing so made every remaining flight a non-stop service to ditch the previous Melbourne detour's value-for-money six-night Hakabu snow adventure for South Australian skiers or snowboarders costs from $1,950 per person.

Inclusions: Return economy flights Adelaide to Tokyo (including taxes), return airport share shuttle transfers, six nights accommodation in a twin room at Hakuba Highmount three star Hotel (which is only 150 metres from nearest ski lift), a Five Day Hakuba Valley lift pass and Breakfast daily.

Conditions: Subject to availability and price fluctuations due to exchange rate. Prices based on stays between 6-12 March 2016. Must be booked by 31 October 2015
