New airfares to Melbourne for AFL Grand Final



VIRGIN RELEASES NEW FARES TO MELBOURNE FOR AFL GRAND FINAL

VIRGIN Australia has released additional fares from Perth to Melbourne for the AFL grand final weekend, says Flight Centre.

Flight Centre has seen a surge in airfare bookings for the weekend for both Melbourne and Sydney ahead of the AFL and NRL grand final games, but none more so than for the Perth to Melbourne route.

Due to high demand many carriers have increased the number of flights to the respective cities, with Virgin releasing one way flights from Perth to Melbourne from $365.00 and one way fares travelling from Melbourne to Perth on Tuesday from $365.00.

These are by far the cheapest last minute airfares that have been released for the AFL grand final, with many flights selling from $1,765 to $2,000 return.
