But the Troll is swamped with work, chasing billy goats etc, so your news needs to arrive in an easy-to-post format.
To get immediate posting, put the PR header in the subject and unformatted text in the e-mail body. URLs, when correctly entered, will convert automatically.
Attach one low res images. This will typically be around 100kB.
DO NOT send PDFs, text as image (true, some do), fancy fonts, bolding, highlighting or crippling attachments. These factors also conspire to have your mail scooped by spam filters.
