Pre-Christmas Festivities – November & December 2008:

For your end of year get-together there's no better place to celebrate than Sheraton on the Park. Enjoy a special lunch or dinner with colleagues, family and friends at the popular Botanica Brasserie, voted 'Café/Brasserie of the Year' at the AHA (NSW) Awards for Excellence 2008.

Pre-Christmas Lunch Packages start from $75* per adult (available Monday to Saturday only)

Pre-Christmas Dinner Packages start from $80* per adult (available Sunday to Thursday only)

Both Lunch and Dinner include Sheraton's renowned Seafood Buffet including market fresh tiger prawns, Sydney rock oysters, smoked salmon, crisp salads plus traditional Christmas trimmings, including Christmas pudding and roast turkey.

Festive Tea Stand at The Gallery Tea Lounge:

Popular for traditional high tea at any time of year, The Gallery Tea Lounge will be serving a special Festive Tea Stand, from 1 - 24 December 2008. Located on Lobby Level with sweeping views of majestic Hyde Park, the Gallery Tea Lounge is the perfect spot to meet with your loved ones. The Festive Tea Stand features scones served with homemade berry preserve and double cream, delicious Christmas morsels, finger sandwiches and your choice of Twinings fine leaf tea, Vittoria espresso coffee or Max Brenner hot chocolate.

Christmas Eve – Wednesday 24 December 2008:

The best part of holiday memories is creating new ones! Start a new tradition and enjoy Christmas Eve in Botanica Brasserie. Enjoy a selection of market fresh lobster, Sydney rock oysters, tiger prawns and smoked salmon. Feast on tantalising roast turkey and ham with all the Christmas trimmings, plus a variety of salads and specialty dishes. Don't forget to leave room for the decadent Festive Dessert Buffet!

Christmas Eve Lunch (12 noon – 2.30pm):           $99*per adult and $50* per child (3 -12 years)

Christmas Eve Dinner (6.00pm – 10.30pm):          $105* per adult and $50* per child (3 – 12 years)

Christmas Day Breakfast - Thursday 25 December 2008:

Start Christmas Day in style at Botanica Brasserie and treat yourself to a full Australian Gourmet Buffet Breakfast. Enjoy our renowned Sheraton buffet laden with all your breakfast favourites plus fresh juices, pastries and croissants, fruit loaf and brioche served with Chef's homemade plum jam, sliced seasonal fruit and made to order omelettes; all served with freshly brewed tea or coffee.

Christmas Day Buffet Breakfast (6.30am – 10.30am): $49* per adult and $39* per child (3 – 12 years)

Christmas Day Lunch & Dinner with Seafood, Santa and Song:

Celebrate Christmas in true Sheraton style with the traditional festive feast at Botanica Brasserie or the Grand Ballroom. Enjoy a sumptuous Seafood Buffet complete with all your festive favourites plus gifts for the children delivered by Santa and the sounds of Christmas sung by our carollers for all to enjoy. Unlimited sparkling, red and white Australian wines, local beers and soft drinks are included.

Groups and large families will be catered for in the elegant surrounds of the Grand Ballroom.

Lunch from 12.30pm to 3.30pm:

Christmas Day Lunch in Botanica Brasserie: from $235* per adult and $150* per child (3 – 12 years)

Christmas Day Lunch in the Grand Ballroom: $199* per adult and $109* per child (3 – 12 years)

Dinner from 6.00pm to 10.30pm:

Christmas Day Dinner in Botanica Brasserie: $199* per adult and $109* per child (3 – 12 years)

Christmas Day Lunch in The Gallery Tea Lounge:

Enjoy the elegant surrounds of The Gallery Tea Lounge with our special Christmas Lunch Stand including succulent leg ham and roast turkey carved by our Chef, delicious roast vegetables, seafood, salads and festive desserts including mince pies. Included is a full beverage package with champagne, premium Australian red and white wine, Australian beers, soft drinks and juice. To spread the good cheer there will be sounds of Christmas sung by our Carollers and a visit by Santa for the young at heart!

Wining & Dining on New Years Eve – Wednesday 31 December 2008:

The award winning Botanica Brasserie is the perfect place to welcome in 2009! Featuring live music and dancing, level one of the hotel will come alive with the spirit of New Years Eve celebrations! Count down from one of Sydney's most exclusive locations and watch the fireworks live from Sydney Harbour on the giant screen.

Celebrate with Sydney's most popular seafood buffet at Botanica Brasserie. Your New Year's Eve buffet features an extravagant array of market fresh seafood, garden fresh salads, Chef's specialty hot dishes, indulgent desserts, plus full beverage package.

Early Dining (6pm to 8pm): $99* per adult and $50* per child (3 – 12 years)

Late Dining (8.30pm to midnight): $189* per adult or $170* for Guests in Residence (Guest must be staying within hotel on 31/12/08 and pay by room charge).
