FESTIVE FLIGHT CENTRE CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY
Flight Centre is celebrating the festive season with a 12 Days of Christmas social media competition that encourages you to #givethegiftoftravel to your friends and family.
The competition, which gives you the chance to nominate your friends and family for a chance to win a travel gift every day until December 12, has a total prize pool valuing almost $35,000.
Flight Centre's Tom Walley said prizes for the 12 Days of Christmas #givethegiftoftravel competition include a range of flights, accommodations and tours and experiences for some incredible holiday destinations.
"Christmas is a time for giving and here at Flight Centre we decided there's no better way to celebrate the festive spirit than giving social media users the opportunity to nominate their friends and family to receive the ultimate gift – travel," Mr Walley said.
"On the first day of December we gave away two return economy flights with Etihad Airways to anywhere on the Etihad network and the nominee on December 2 received two return economy flights to the Solomon Islands plus four nights accommodation in Honiara and a day tour to Savo Island Volcano.
"Other lucky winners have so far received return economy flights with Virgin Australia to anywhere on the airlines domestic network, return economy flights to Bali with Tigerair, return economy flights to Alice Springs plus four nights accommodation as well as a West MacDonnell Ranges Experience and return flights to Port Vila plus four nights accommodation at Mangoes Resort Port Vila and a Pele Island day trip.
"We can't wait to give away the rest of the prizes, which include airfares and packages to some incredible domestic and international destinations."
