"The Oprah Winfrey Show" arrived at the majestic Sydney Opera House today taping two shows full of celebrities, music, and highlights from "The Oprah Winfrey Show's Ultimate Australian Adventure." These two episodes of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" will air in the United States and Australia in January of 2011.
Highlights from the morning show taping include:
* Actor Russell Crowe, fresh from joining Oprah Winfrey and 302 Ultimate Viewers on the Sydney Harbour, where they participated in a morning regatta sail.
* Hip-hop superstar Jay-Z surprised children at Canterbury Boys School in Canterbury with new computers.
* Bindi Irwin, her mother Terri and younger brother Robert talked about the legacy of their late father Steve.
* A musical performance of "It's My Life" and "Living on a Prayer" from New Jersey's finest, Bon Jovi.
* Australian father Kristian Anderson, his wife Rachel, and their family received a gift of $250,000 so they can take time off to be together as a family while Kristian undergoes treatment for cancer.
* A surprise pearl necklace give-away from Kailis Jewellery for all 6,000 audience members in attendance.
