Created in 1998, the World Body Painting Festival in Pörtschach am Wörthersee, Austria is held for 7 days with the first 4 days consisting of 30 workshops and the last 3 days being the actual festival which is open to the public. The artists do not just paint bodies but they create entire sceneries using the body that incorporates brush, sponge, airbrush and special UV effects.
