Philippine Airlines is gearing up to celebrate Chinese New Year with the release of discounted airfares across its Asian network.
Flying from Sydney or Melbourne, the new fares combine a stopover in Manila with a choice of 15 other international destinations including Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taipei.
Priced from $1121 return, the twin-city fares are on sale until January 31 and valid for travel between January 15 and February 28, 2013.
Marking the Year of the Snake, the new economy fares include:
· Beijing from $1142 ex Sydney or $1125 ex Melbourne
· Shanghai from $1142 ex Sydney or $1125 ex Melbourne
· Hong Kong from $1149 ex Sydney or $1131 ex Melbourne
