Taste of Thailand Spectacular at Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok



Delicious Thai Buffet Thursdays 6.30pm – 10.30pm

The luxury 407-room Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok has launched a mouth-watering culinary journey across the four regions of the Kingdom of Siam accompanied by live traditional Thai music - A Taste of Thailand.

Hosted at the famed Red pepper restaurant on the 1st floor of the Rembrandt hotel every Thursday, 6.30pm. – 10.30pm, A Taste of Thailand features delicious cuisine from North, North East, Central and Southern regions presented in a traditional Thai Buffet style.

Prices are THB 433 net per person with half price for children (6-12 yrs) and complimentary for a child accompanied by two paying adults.

Highlights include Thai favorites: Sai krog e-sarn (E-sarn sausage), Nhaem see krong moo, and Kao soy gai from the North; Kao tang nah tang (crispy rice cracker with coconut dip) from Central Thailand; Kanom jeen nam yah from the South; and, a choice of wicked desserts. Selected Thai beers at 99 THB net / bottle and a variety of local wines are available.




"We wanted to create an outstanding presentation of cuisine that showcased world-famed Thailand food," said Mr Eric Hallin, general manager of the Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok.

"The challenge was to develop exquisite authentic dishes prepared from the best available locally-sourced meats, wet seafood, rice, noodles, and garden-fresh vegetables and complement them with the earthy flavors, textures and rich aromas of Thailand."

He said all dishes featured in A Taste of Thailand were prepared in a time honored way and presented in a mist of luscious taste and lightness.
