The Earth-to-Table Culinary Experience is a twist on the farm-to-table concept where executive and private Chef Scott Flaxman will act as an expert guide for guests to explore the locally-grown produce abundant in the nearby lush jungles, Thai wetlands and sweeping mountain ranges.
The fascinating journey alongside Chef Flaxman will take guests on an excursion to the cherished Royal Project Foundation organic shop, located just five minutes from the resort. Known for its team’s dedication as stewards of the land, Royal Project Foundation was founded in 1969 to solve the problems of deforestation, poverty and opium production by promoting alternative crops – a fundamental goal of saving the Earth and sustaining the natural resources of Thailand. One of the most successful projects of this kind, Royal Project Foundation is a harmonious partner for Sireeampan’s Earth Day offering, and more partnerships to come.
Royal Project sources a plethora of organic fruits, vegetables, salts, proteins, herbs and spices all produced from the royal farm and local villages. After hand-picking their favorite products, guests will return to the resort for an exclusive and private Cooking with Class* session with Chef Scott, ultimately creating their chosen dish of organic, locally sourced ingredients.

Cooking with Class allows Sireeampan’s culinary team to introduce guests to the myriad of tastes and artistry of authentic Thai cooking. Each class will teach guests how to prepare a Thai appetizer, main course and dessert, supervised by Chef Scott. Thereafter, guests will be able to enjoy a sumptuous meal, dining on the dishes they have helped to create.
