Some of Australia’s best chefs will demonstrate their dessert prowess, including InterContinental Sydney’s Executive Chef Tamas Palmer showcasing his delectable Chocolate Peanut butter, coconut Espuma, Nutella and yuzu dessert at the Callebaut Test Kitchen.
An integral part of InterContinental Sydney’s culinary team since January 2009, Tamas focuses on using hand-picked produce and market-to-table style cooking. He has developed an exquisite menu at InterContinental Sydney’s leading restaurant Café Opera, and is excited to join the host of chefs displaying their dessert skills at this year’s festival.

InterContinental Sydney will be selling Tamas’ wonderful dessert in a takeaway bar for only $8 at the show, as well as an array of other treats including gourmet hot dogs, delicious pork belly with apple slaw and fairy floss, so be sure to not miss out.
