Rock ‘n’ Roll Fever Grips Norfolk Island!


Dust off the blue suede shoes and rock on over to Norfolk Island for some movin’ and groovin’ at the ‘Rock Around the Rock Festival’ from February 7-14, 2009.

Now in its fourth year, the annual festival will rock your socks off with an impressive line-up of musicians and an entertaining week of themed dinners, dance nights, workshops and tours.

The rock ‘n’ roll festival will incorporate the swinging beats of well known duo Franky and Johnny, the ever famous Dance On Band, hip group The Bob Kats and Norfolk’s very own local band – Wunna Rock!

Visitors to the island during the festival can purchase special Rock Packs, which include a welcome pack, half-day island tour, traditional cliff-top fish fry BBQ dinner, a night as a convict themed dinner as well as select dance lessons, dance nights and dinners.

The Rock Packs are additional to the holiday packages and are priced at AUD$480 per person from Melbourne, AUD$520 per person ex Sydney, AUD$545 per person ex Newcastle and AUD$588 per person ex Brisbane.
