Available between 6pm and 10pm each evening the 'Salt Sensations' menu offers three courses priced from $145 with wine, or from $180 per person served with additional Moet et Chandon Champagne.
Food is specially prepared by award-wining Salt Restaurant's chef team, headed by the resort's Executive Chef Brendon Coffey, and includes choices such as Kokoda salad with fresh marinated fish and coconut, coriander and bush lemon; pure Angus Beef rib eye brushed with grain mustard and pepper; and decadent desserts including Salt's famous Kaffir lime semifreddo, blackberry sorbet and lemon coconut syrup.
