Royal Caribbean announces three exciting new cruises for Summer 2013-14
With a tremendous 2012-13 cruise season well under way, Royal Caribbean International continues riding the wave of success with the addition of three new cruises in its 2013-14 Australasian summer season, including two new South Pacific sailings on Voyager of the Seas and Rhapsody of the Seas. Due to the growing demand for shorter cruises, Royal Caribbean will also now offer an additional three-night Weekend Sampler cruise on Voyager of the Seas in January 2014.
"Voyager of the Seas has been a huge hit with Australians and we are experiencing unprecedented demand for South Pacific island and Sampler cruises. Because we love giving our guests what they want, we've altered next season's cruises on Voyager of the Seas and Rhapsody of the Seas to provide more of these popular itineraries," said Adam Armstrong, commercial director, Royal Caribbean Cruises Australia.
Voyager of the Seas will now offer a new three-night Weekend Sampler 'cruise to nowhere', departing Sydney on Friday 10 January 2014. She will then sail a new 11-night South Pacific cruise departing Sydney 13 January 2014 and calling in Fiji and New Caledonia.
Rhapsody of the Seas will now offer an 11-night South Pacific sailing departing Sydney 11 February 2014. Rhapsody's new sailing will call at the tropical ports of Noumea, Mare and Isle of Pines, New Caledonia; and Mystery Island, Luganville and Vila, Vanuatu.
Guests previously booked on Voyager of the Seas' 14-night New Zealand cruise departing 10 January 2014 and Rhapsody of the Seas' 11-night Queensland cruise departing 11 February 2014 have been offered alternative itineraries.
