The world’s finest champagne will be flowing on Hayman during the month of November.
Hayman has once again partnered with the prestigious House of Moët Hennessy to present a Celebration of Champagne, featuring a month of gourmet dining matched with the finest champagne.
Hayman’s team of award-winning Chefs will create bespoke menus carefully crafted each week to accompany selected champagne from the House of Moët Hennessy, and presented in Fontaine as follows:
4 – 10 November Celebration of Moët & Chandon
11 – 17 November Celebration of Veuve Clicquot
18 – 24 November Celebration of Krug
25 November – 1 December Celebration of Dom Pérignon
11 – 17 November Celebration of Veuve Clicquot
18 – 24 November Celebration of Krug
25 November – 1 December Celebration of Dom Pérignon
A Champagne Masterclass ($170 per person) will be hosted on Saturday November 9 for avid connoisseurs by Moët Hennessy ambassador, David Cross, who has more than 25 years’ experience in the wine industry, as both an educator and judge.
David Cross will also host an exclusive Champagne Chef’s Table ($400 per person), featuring a stunning six-course degustation menu paired with the finest of champagne from Krug, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart and Moët & Chandon.
