To fire up your appetite, a blazing outdoor urban BBQ keeps things hot with an array of grill platters with US Prime beef New York cut, rib eye, filet mignon, flank, pork chop, tenderloin, sirloin cutlet, belly and BBQ ribs, salmon fillet, cod fillet, jumbo prawn and half shell scallop. Guests can give the token with their table number to the chefs, let them know your preferences and the chefs will cook them a la minute.
Guests can help themselves and make their own sauce and choose their side dishes at the S&S Station set in-doors to make the whole experience more fun. One can never miss out the two signature dishes of Roasted Ribeye with rosemary, garlic, roasted potato, Yorkshire pudding and black truffle jus, and Roasted Pork Knuckle with caraway seed, garlic, sauerkraut, apple jam and sweet potato crispy at the Carving Station.
