GET UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL WITH TWO OF THE WORLD'S MOST FAMOUS BIG CATS

People are being offered the opportunity to study two of the world's most famous big cats this autumn together with Biosphere Expeditions – the award winning, non profit making conservation specialists.

The conservation expedition is to the Atlantic rainforests of Brazil to study jaguars and pumas in their natural habitat. You will be part of a small international group, which will include a scientist and an expedition leader.

You will be undertaking research in this previously unstudied area, gathering key information vital for the protection of this highly endangered habitat and its resident species. There will be walking along jungle paths and travel by canoe as you look for tracks, kills and the animals themselves by setting camera traps.

Dates for the Brazil expeditions are 26 October- 7 November and 9-21 November and the cost is £1090 per person excluding travel to and from Brazil.
