Aussie Icons Set To Rock Norfolk Island’s Christmas In July



Legendary Australian entertainment and literary identities will converge on Norfolk Island for this year’s Christmas in July celebrations which will be highlighted by three concerts and personally hosted special events.

Headline acts for the concerts presenting their honour roll of top Australian hits will be Queen of Pop, Colleen Hewett, whose signature song, ‘Day By Day’, achieved Gold Record status; Normie Rowe, whose songs ‘Que Sera Sera’ and ‘Ooh La La’ were among his Top 1 chartbusters; and Johnny Young of Young Talent Time fame who had hits including the number one, ‘Step Back’.
The week-long event will also feature a lunch with Colleen McCullough, acclaimed author of best selling books including Tim and The Thorn Birds and the Masters of Rome series, who lives on Norfolk Island when not undertaking her busy Australian and international commitments.
