Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is offering two enticing culinary experiences to spoil Mum this Mother's Day – an extravagant buffet lunch in Kable's and a sumptuous High Tea at The Café By Kable's.
Take Mum's tastebuds on a culinary journey around Kable's with a special buffet lunch comprising six exotic food stations. Start with a visit to the Cold Buffet and sample a variety of salads and sushi before moving on to the Hot Food Station where risotto, pasta and curry await.
Next stop is the Seafood Station serving the day's freshest catch including Chardonnay-poached prawns and marinated baby octopus. Work off some energy at the Action Station by rolling your own Peking duck pancakes, followed by some hearty slow-cooked prime rib of beef from the Carving Station. Complete the journey by delighting in the Dessert Station offering a selection of pastries and Australian cheeses.
Give Mum a well-deserved break and keep the kids entertained at the 'Kid's Corner' in the adjacent Kable's Private Dining Room. The little ones can enjoy their very own buffet lunch while having the chance to make Mum a special card, decorate cookies or relax in front of a movie.Looking for something a little lighter to indulge Mum? A lucky door prize of dinner for two at Kable's valued at $200, will also be drawn on the day.
Mother's Day lunch is available for $99 per adult or $110 including a glass of Mumm Champagne and $39 per child. High Tea is available for $40 per person or $50 including a glass of Mumm Champagne.
