Experience Pete Evans dining with new Fraser Suites Perth packages

Pete Evans Dining Room - PreferredTo celebrate its partnership with My Kitchen Rules and paleo chef Pete Evans, Fraser Suites Perth has released two indulgent dine and stay packages.

Pete Evans recently signed on as Consultant Chef becoming the chief menu designer across all aspects of the hotel’s dining. All new menus have been created for its wedding packages, event offerings and now Heirloom restaurant.

The luxurious Perth property overlooking the Swan River is offering the packages featuring dinner for two in Heirloom from now until 31 December 2014.

Rates for the Eat, Stay and Indulge weekend package start at $379 for Studio Deluxe rooms including chocolates and sparkling wine on arrival, buffet breakfast for two, late check-out at midday, complimentary Wi-Fi and a two-course dinner for two with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine each.

Fraser Suites Perth is also offering the Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package for rooms booked between Monday and Thursday. Rates from $244 for Studio Deluxe rooms and include buffet breakfast, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a two-course dinner for two with a complimentary glass of Frasers sparkling wine each.

Using sustainable WA ingredients, signature dishes at Heirloom include ’Steamed wild barramundi with sweet potato, lime and coconut sauce and chia seeds’ and ‘King prawn and avocado salad with preserved lemon, piquillo peppers, fennel and pepitas’.

While there is a paleo influence, guests are spoilt for choice with spelt or gluten free pizzas like the ‘pork belly and radicchio pizza with balsamic onions’, as well as a great selection of local wine from the Swan Valley, Margaret River and Denmark.
