In celebration and welcoming the change of Chinese Lunar Calendar Year, Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort presents delectable feast to welcome the year of the Green Horse.

Celebrate the one of the most anticipated moments with an array of Chinese specialties buffet and live cooking stations to signal fortune for the company from 27th January 2014 until 9th February 2013 at IDR 270,000++ per adult including Chinese Green Tea only at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort’s signature dining: Feast – a restaurant serving multi-cuisine concept and vibrant dining experiences.


Lunar New Year or Spring Festival brings Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort inspiration to present an authentic tradition with delicious dishes. Feast presents Prosperity Buffet featuring Chinese delicacies. The buffet includes traditional Chinese green tea, Yan Shan Yu (Salted eel Ningbo style), Beijing Kaoya (Roasted Peking duck with a variety of special sauces and condiments), Suan Cao Yangrou (Wok fried lamb with garlic chips), Cao Tang Cu Jiang Diao Yu (Fried fish fillet with sweet and sour sauce), live Wok and Dim Sum station with special sauces, last but not least, conclude the family-meal with something authentic and sweet – Tangyuan (Glutinous rice balls dessert).

Feast’s open kitchens and the live-action food stations are loaded with an abundance of fresh ingredients and authentic global cuisines from over 10 countries — create a vibrant visual impact and sense of anticipation. The restaurant’s signature iridescent design also allows diners to interact with culinary masters who share each cuisine’s specialty and even prepare cook-to-order recipe. The 160-seat restaurant also offers an option of outdoor dining, by the patio with bustling Kuta and beachwalk shopping scenery. The personalized cooking stations include a Sweet Station, a Seafood Bar with the signature live Mud Crab, a Western Grill Station, a Middle Eastern Station featuring a selection of Shwarma and Couscous, an Asian Station with special regional selections, as well as an authentic barbecue and Indian Tandoori Station.
