Family Holiday in Thailand

Waterfall in Erawan National Park

PUT a smile on the face of your little ones during a family adventure in Thailand, where kids can ride elephants in the jungle, play with the friendly locals and relax on the tropical beaches.

Escape Travel is offering the 12-day family adventure that starts in the ‘city of smiles’ Bangkok and travels to the village of Ban Hua Tung, the temples of Ayutthaya and the floating markets in Chiang Mai, before ending with seaside relaxation on the beaches of Hua Hin.

Families will spend one night in a local family’s home to share an authentic meal, cross the Bridge on the River Kwai, swim beneath a seven tiered waterfall in Erawan National Park, visit an elephant conservation centre and explore the community forest to learn about herbal plants and wild foods.

Prices start from $1375* per adult and from $1305* per child, including eight nights’ accommodation, one night basic homestay, two nights overnight train, one domestic flight, transport by bus, longtail boat and rickshaw, 10 breakfasts, one dinner and sightseeing as per the itinerary.

The minimum age for children is 5 years old.

Price is based on twin share accommodation throughout, except for during the village homestay, where facilities are shared.

Private departures are available for an extra $291* per person.

Group departures are scheduled between April 1 and 14, 2013. Price is valid for sale until March 30, unless sold out.

*Prices are subject to change and availability. Conditions apply.
