The ancient Army of the Terracotta Warriors, China's find of the 20th Century, is one of a host of highlights on Helen Wong's Tours' discounted series of
China Wonders group tours.

Priced from $3380 per person, twin share from Australia, the 14-day tour also includes visits to bustling Shanghai, the canal cities and towns of Suzhou, Wuzhen and Hangzhou and capital Beijing as well as Xian, home of the warriors.

The deal represents a saving of $400 per person, twin share and applies to travel from early June until late August.

"It is great value for money when you consider the inclusions and the sightseeing highlights," said Helen Wong, managing director and founder of Helen Wong's

"In addition to seeing up close the Terracotta Warriors, the groups will have the chance to climb the Great Wall, tour the Forbidden City, Summer Palace and even take a cycle ride through Beijing's back alleys, known as hutongs," she said.

Also featured are three spectacular evening shows, including the much famed Legend of Kung Fu performance as well as a leisurely cruise on Hangzhou's West Lake.

Price includes return air fare from Sydney and Melbourne (from $3650pp, twin share from Brisbane and Adelaide, from $3790pp, twin share from Perth), four-star
accommodation, daily breakfast and lunches along with some evening meals, transfers, sightseeing and entrance fees, and the services of English-speaking
