Festive Feast at EAST
In line with the founding philosophy of "simple things, done well" Feast will embrace the Christmas and New Year spirit with a range of festive specialties from all over the world.
Chef Taki has created a dinner buffet from 22 - 27 December and a three-course Christmas Day and Boxing Day lunch and dinner set menu with free flowing mulled wine and a glass of champagne on 25 and 26 December, both priced at HK$ 550 plus 10% service charge.
The Christmas buffet features international delicacies including a fresh 'seafood market' filled with fresh shucked oysters, mussels, banana prawns, blue swimmer crabs and clams in wine.
The buffet extravaganza continues with a selection of antipasto favourites such as eggplant roll filled with mozzarella and roasted garlic aioli, Roulade chicken with herb mayonnaise, mini beef wellington with prune jam and grilled sardines with vegetable salsa followed with a selection of smoked, cured and aged meats and an aged 22-month parmesan wheel.
As a seasonal highlight, festive desserts include Christmas stohlen, assorted Christmas cookies and cupcakes, traditional chocolate log cake, cinnamon cream brulee and a ginger bread house display.
The Christmas set menu features antipasto starters followed by main course choices of traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings, slow roast maple glazed duck breast, king prawn cannelloni or vanilla braised beef cheek plus desserts from the buffet.
Santa will make a surprise appearance to entertain the children who will also be entitled to a 25% discount.
For those who wish to enjoy the taste of Feast at home, a Christmas hamper will be available at HK$ 1,388 plus 10% service charge, comprising a 5 - 6 kg roast turkey, homemade giblet gravy (500ml), homemade cranberry sauce (500ml), and Billecart Salmon champagne.
On 31 December a New Year's Eve set dinner and dinner buffet will be served, both priced at HK$ 788 plus 10% service charge. The New Year's Eve buffet brings an even more extravagant 'seafood market' with lobster and a live cooking station for pasta marinara followed by a series of antipasto, specialty cold meats and an incredible array of 20 deserts to indulge in before the New Year's resolutions kick in.
The New Year's Eve set dinner is served with antipasto and desserts from the buffet, and includes main course choices of 'Tomahawk' steak, French lemon sole, grilled wild king prawn and Australian pork chop.
