Penguin Encounter Sneak Peek at Sea World!
Sea World's newest animal exhibit 'Penguin Encounter' is nearing completion and media are invited to experience a sneak peek of the $15M attraction before the Penguins arrive.
Penguin Encounter will be an amazing frozen world, home to the world's second largest penguin species, the King penguin which stands almost one meter tall, as well as the agile Gentoo Penguin.
The exhibit, which will open on 26 December 2010 will feature icy rock formations and a crystal clear pool, with spacious elevated and underwater viewing areas for guests.
As the exhibit will be under strict quarantine regulations when the penguins arrive, this will be the only opportunity for media to enter the exhibit where the penguins will live. Vision and stills of the King and Gentoo penguins will be provided to the media upon arrival at Sea World.
