Festive Season French Brasserie Buffets on offer at Suzhou's Chic New Hotel Soul

Suzhou's stylish new boutique hotel, Hotel Soul is celebrating its first festive season with sumptuous buffets at the signature French restaurant Brasserie 101 – with gifts from Santa, lucky draws and a 10% discount for early reservations.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner buffets with free-flowing beer and soft drinks are priced at RMB298 for adults and RMB138 for children, with Santa making guest appearances with Christmas presents from 6-8pm.

The menu includes honey-glazed ham and a traditional roast turkey dinner, as well as stewed ox-tail, roast pork loin with apple and prune sauce, leg of lamb and seafood options of pan-fried sole and seafood fettuccini. Among an array of spectacular desserts are German Christmas stollen and log cake.

New Year's Eve and New Year Day dinner buffets priced at RMB198 (RMB98 for children) feature both Asian and European classics – from beef Wellington, roast pork knuckle and braised salmon to Guangdong-style fried rice with salt fish, Japanese charcoal-roasted eel, traditional Chinese steamed fish with Jinhua ham and sweet and sour pork.

The menu is complemented by a wide range of cold platters, salads, Chinese and Western soups and mouth-watering desserts.

Lucky draw prizes on December 24 and 25 include gift vouchers worth RMB688 and RMB388, a night for two with breakfast at the avant-garde hotel, bottles of wine, souvenirs and 6-months free access to Hotel Soul's fitness centre.

Guests can enjoy a discount of 10% for bookings made before December 18.
