"As an Australian it is a huge thrill to be coming home to search for the finest young talent in the country and offering them work in one of the world's most exciting entertainment destinations. Of our 200 artists currently on contract in our 3 properties in Macao our best people are always found in Australia. As an artist myself I understand the importance of being able to offer diversity in the work. About The Playboy Club: First opened to the public in 1960, The Playboy Club quickly became symbolic of glamour, luxury and 'the good life.' At the height of its popularity there were more than 30 Playboy Clubs owned or licensed by Playboy, with more than 1 million Playboy Club key holders worldwide.

Described as a 'Disneyland for adults' by Newsweek, the first Playboy Club opened in Chicago in 1960. An instant hit, The Chicago Playboy Club soon became one of the busiest nightclubs in the world.

In addition to providing a glamorous and lavish entertainment destination for revelers, Playboy Clubs attracted the most sought after entertainers of the time, including Woody Allen, Bette Midler, Bill Cosby, Sammy Davis Jr., Ray Charles, George Carlin, Chubby Checker, Bob Hope, Steve Martin, Liza Minnelli, Sonny & Cher and Flip Wilson – among many others.

Playboy Clubs eventually included more than 30 properties across the world. Playboy Clubs employed more than 25,000 iconic Playboy Bunnies, the iconic mainstay of the Playboy brand. Playboy Bunnies were carefully chosen and went through an audition and strict training and were required to maintain very high standards of etiquette, behavior and dress.

The first uniform to be issued a trademark registration by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the original Bunny Costume started as a modified one-piece swimsuit.  Actresses Lauren Hutton, Julie Cobb, Lynne Moody, Maria Richwine and Barbara Bosson all worked as Bunnies, as did rock star Deborah Harry.  One of the world's most recognized uniforms, the Playboy Bunny Costume was redesigned in 2006 by Roberto Cavalli for the Playboy Club Las Vegas Bunnies and Playboy Club Celebrity Dealers, including Jenny McCarthy and Carmen Electra.

Playboy Club, which celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2010, will make its highly anticipated debut atop Sands Macao Hotel later this year. The 12,000 square foot penthouse club will incorporate high-end gaming and an opulent lounge overlooking the Macao skyline. The venue will feature Playboy inspired décor and artwork, high-tech media rooms, private gaming areas, live entertainment and a unique VIP arrival experience.

About Sands Macao: Opened on May 18, 2004, Sands Macao is the first Las-Vegas-style casino in Macao. It quickly redefined the entertainment experience and set the standard for future developments in Macao.  The stunning, reflective gold glass exterior houses a wide range of diversions, from 289 suites, signature restaurants, a theater, outdoor swimming pool, deluxe spa and salon, conference and banquet facilities, unrivaled shows to a vast array of gaming offerings.
