Travel 'Around the World on 50 Degrees' with 50 Degrees North



Travel operator and northern hemisphere specialist 50 Degrees North Pty Ltd has just released a 50 day rail journey 'Around the World on 50 Degrees'.

The tour starts in Beijing, takes in a traditional Ger stay in Mongolia before boarding a private carriage across Siberia to Moscow and St Petersburg. The tour continues by train through Finland, Sweden and the spectacular Norwegian fjords to Bergen. A flight takes travellers across the Norwegian Sea to Reykjavik for some time to soak up in the Blue Lagoon. After a flight from Reykjavik to Halifax in Canada, travellers board the coast to coast rail journey taking in Montreal, Toronto, Niagara Falls, Jasper and Banff before arriving in Vancouver. From here a flight across the Pacific takes travellers to Tokyo with a finale in the charming town of Kyoto.

The tour is a display of the 50 Degrees North destinations around the globe, and the diversity and beauty of this last frontier area of the world.

Departure dates in 2011 ex Beijing are; 01 June, 13 July and 03 August finishing in Kyoto 50 days later.
