Highlights of India with Interlude Tours


Small-group tour company, Interlude, today released an 18 day "India Highlights" package departing from Sydney on the 2nd of November 2009.

The tour visits World Heritage Sites Humanyun's tomb and Qutab Minar in Delhi, the Taj Mahal Red Fort and Fatehpur Sikri in Agra, plus a country stay in Ramarthra Fort - a luxury camp within a classic Rajput fort city.

The tour continues with visits to Ranthambore National Park- India's premier Tiger reserve, Jaipur - the pink city of palaces and magnificently monuments, Udaipur old market and bazaar, the wonderful beaches of Mararikulam, and Alleppey for a traditional Rice boat cruise through the backwaters of Kerala.

Package includes international air travel (ex Sydney), three domestic flights in India, daylight scenic train journeys, all breakfasts, other meals as per itinerary and entry to major attractions.

Jeanette Savage, Australian tour principal, will accompany the group and will be supported by English-speaking guides throughout the tour.

The cost is $12,550.00 per person twin share quality accommodation with private facilities and economy class return airfare.
