It’s no surprise that the culinary capital of Asia also boasts a buzzing nightlife with a huge selection of bars and clubs to suit every taste and budget. Over the past few months a number of trendy and sophisticated establishments have joined Hong Kong’s classy bar scene allowing guests to sit back with a well-made drink and enjoy their surroundings, wherever they may be.

So, for those in search of swank and style these 5 hot new bars provide exactly that.

Gin seems to be the hottest thing on the menu right now in Hong Kong and so it’s no surprise that Tastings Group have opened Origin, a bar dedicated to this classic spirit. The cool decor of exposed brick walls and plush plaid seats creates the perfect atmosphere for tasting your way through the selection of seven classic and 11 signature cocktails. Though what makes these cocktails so special is mixology- the impressive culinary methods used to mix the drinks by master mixologist Anthonio Lai.
