Wind Surf's Culinary & Wine Delights

Wind Surf accommodates 310 guests with a 190 person crew offering a truly unique and intimate cruising experience offering only one departure setting sail on the 19th April 2014, from Lisbon and sailing to Cadiz, Malaga, Aimeria, Cartagena, Valencia, Soller and Barcelona.

Travellers will explore regional wines and cuisine with a SAVEUR culinary expert and renowned winemaker Jorge Ordonez. They will enjoy the best of Spanish food and wine pairings during hosted dinners with special menus as well as sample a selection of six Spanish wines in addition to daily wine tastings throughout the cruise.

Guests will experience two complimentary vineyard and culinary shore excursions and can take part in cooking demonstrations of local regional cuisine. They can also discover the magic of flamenco in a special onboard dance performance.

Each day is filled with special themed events and activities designed to expand the knowledge and appreciation of Spain's great bounty. On the itinerary guests will visit Jerez de la Frontera, the "Sherry Capital of the World," explore the Museo de Vino (Wine Museum) in Mijas,  snack on tapas, prepare paella under the guidance of a local chef, and learn the traditional method of producing olive oil in Mallorca. 

Every port offers a new treat for the palate.
